Thank you for choosing NETLINK Products. To make you more satisfied with our Services, Kindly Read the Following Instructions carefully and keep the warranty card safe after purchasing the product
IMPORTANT: By using Your NETLINK products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of NETLINK ICT LLC’s 01year Hardware Service warranty (“WARRANTY”). As set out Below. Do not use your product Until you have read the terms and conditions of the warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of warranty, do not use the product and return it within 7 days from the date you have received the Product to the NETLINK authorized/Owned retail store/Distributor where you purchased it.
Terms and Conditions
All kind of product warranty is only available till 12 months of purchase against manufacturing defect. But the damage due to lightning, over voltage, improper installation, mishandling, etc are not eligible for warranty, detailed checking will be done by our authorized person before
Separate proper earthing for every product is mandatory, if not it will be considered as inappropriate installation.
01-year Warranty (12 months from date of purchase) coverage is available for hardware (main PCBA) against manufacturing defect only, but not against any kind of other physical damage
A salty atmosphere causes damage to every electronic board. So, when you place devices, make sure air is properly conditioned. We recommend to work in air-conditioned or in a similar environment to get rid of this salty atmosphere. The excretion of reptiles and mammals (lizards, rats etc…) can also cause damage to the electronic board. Always make sure to place the devices in an environment where it is free from these amniotes. Any damages due to this will not cover under free warranty and thus the repair of component in this scenario is chargeable.
- Free technical support is only avail up to 12 months from the date of invoice.
- After 01 year to avail continuous technical support need to pay AMC (Annual Maintenance contract) fees.
- The standby product is only avail with in warranty period, in case of manufacturing defect only.
- Maximum time need to repair will be one month for damaged products as per above criteria.

Please ensure, to read and understand the instructions on the user manual completely, before using the product.
Our company Provides 01-year warranty on the condition that goods are used as per instructions. All warranty service or free support or replacement is valid upon on presentation of original invoice only.
The failure under normal circumstances means that the damage is not artificial or by misuse, but unintentional damage to the product caused by the abnormal operation or by disassembling or troubleshooting without permission will result in cancellation of Warranty.
Product return back policy
In order to get a replace Product caused with manufacturing defect must be first verified Online/Onsight by service engineer of the company with in a time period of 7 days starts from the bill date
* Once product sold cannot be returned back.
* Please make sure that the product will suit your needs, from any industrial experts/ market experts, before buying the same.
* You will be eligible for replacement only on the presentation of the original invoice.
* Improper usage may be a reason to refuse replacement, so the customer is requested to read all the instructions carefully before using the product. No product will be available for replacement under such situations, during the warranty period.
* All non –replacement items under warranty period can avail free repair only.
* But if the repair is not received within the allotted time, the same type of product will be temporarily available for replacement.
The company Won’t Provide warranty if the failure occurs in the process of using our product because of the following cases:
*Violate the direction of user manual / Online support engineer
*Assemble or disassemble inappropriately
* Use expansion components without legal authentication
*Modify or Repair the product without permission
*Exceed the limit of use
*Abnormal force leads to damage
*Natural disasters or other in-disciplinary elements lead to damage.
*Fake or Refurbished Product
*Unable to Provide valid purchase proof or guarantee card
*Tears off or damage the warranty sticker without permission
